Villa OLIVER ( for 8 + 4 persons) 180 m²: New Luxury Villa Rentals with 4 stars. It is located in the eastern part of the town of Makarska famous for its long tourist tradition. It is located 500 m from the center and 500 m from the sea and all the city attractions, but at the same time, thanks to its location and the beautiful sun-drenched position with large garden, swimming pool, surrounded by olive trees providing privacy and a quiet holiday. Villa Oliver has 180 m2 of living space, 300 m² garden with terrace and parking. The villa has two floors that are completely separate, and each floor has zasabni entrance, parking, WIFI, all rooms are air-conditioned and each room has TV / SAT. The ground floor has two bedrooms with king size bed, spacious living room, two bathrooms, a dining room with fully equipped kitchen and direct access to the pool and garden. On the first floor are two bedrooms with king size bed and each room has a private balcony, spacious living botravak with a view of the sea and the town of Makarska, and 2 bathrooms and a terrace overlooking the sea and islands of Brac and Hvar and at the same time on the mountain slope. Around the house is a large courtyard with swimming pool, barbecue, covered terrace and space for socializing. RENTAL PRICE VILLA FOR NIGHT

THE PRICE INCLUDES: Tourist tax, air conditioning, bed linen, towels, parking and cleaning. For all information please contact us.
ADDITIONAL COSTS: There is no additional cost.
PAYMENT TERMS: To ensure the reservation is required to pay a deposit of 30% of the total reservation. The costs of the bank sender and the recipient's bank shall be borne by the sender in its entirety.
NOTE: After you make the reservation payment, we will deliver the correct address and any other documents. For security reasons, we are not able to issue information about the travel documents in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
DEPOSIT: The guest is required upon arrival at the owner of the apartments to deposit € 500 which will be returned if no damage to the accommodation unit.
CHECK IN: Guest can enter the accommodation unit after 14:00 hours/pm, CHECK OUT: Guest must leave the accommodation by 10:00 hours/am.
