All equipments are new and all facility is clean. You have everything what you would need. I fully recommend the place and hopefully we will visit again!

Beautiful villa with great area downstairs with the pool. We really enjoyed our time over there. It's placed close to city center, beach, shops and restaurants. Very nice villa, nice pool. All was great

- The villa was everything we wanted and more. It was so nice that each bedroom had a huge bed, tv and its own bathroom. Since it was us four couples it was nice that we each had our own bathroom and privacy. The common areas were well suited for us to as the men loved grilling and smoking cigars in the atrium area and us ladies had a great time working on our tans by the pool until the sun went down. The only draw back would be that the beach is not walking distance. It is very close but becuase the villa is up a steep road the walk up is not easy. Other than that the house was great and the hosts were very welcoming and accommodating.

- Villa Ivan was a perfect place for our relaxing vacation. Our family of three met my brother and his family of 6. Ivan happened to be next door and he was such a help. You can trust him, and he was helpful in so many ways. This house was comfortable and is as beautiful as it looks. We used the pool every day and many nights too You can rent this house with no hesitation.

- This place is beautiful. Perfect location, immaculate villa, couldn't have hoped for better. We were a group of 8 friends on holiday. Ivan is super friendly and we were well looked after by Tony, who was on hand for taxi numbers and spare towels and anything we needed. Cannot recommend this place more, it's a true gem. Makarska is a beautiful part of the country and we can't wait to come back and visit again!

- What an amazing and elegant house in beautiful Makarska! We stayed here with another family and had 4 young kids total, and the house was extremely spacious and clean! This property was fabulous and perfect in every way! The outside area felt like your own retreat with the beautiful pool and lounge chairs to relax in, with a BBQ area as well! The kitchen is very well equiped for any meal you want to make, which was great for us with our young children. The bedrooms are all large, and the washrooms were beautiful- felt nicer than a 5 star hotel! Ivan the host was extremely helpful and welcoming, and provided us with information about local restaurants and even helped us a plan a day trip to one of the nearby islands. If we ever return to Croatia again, we would definitely love to stay here again!
