Beautiful, cozy, very clean house. Nice pool and lots of space. Owner Ana super helpful and neighbors Sani and her family are very nice! We were a group of seven - two adults and five children (ages between 12 and 15). The house is located in a quite steep hillside but we walked down to the beach (about 1,3km) twice a day. We had no car and managed fine (but I would probably consider accordingly to childrens ages - it would probably be hard with strollers). Smaller Grocery stores (for food) very near, bigger not that far away either. Everything in about 2km radius. Biokovo park on the back, beach on the front (can be seen from the balcony cos the house is uphill) - so the views are beautiful. Walking trails easy to access, although it takes a bit effort to get to the beginnings of trails. But all in all easy access. We were in Makarska in late September - beginning of October. Still very warm, sunny and not too crowded. Plenty to do and places to go to. Nice restaurants. Very polite staff.

- The house is stunning. The view in the back is facing the mountains raising and in front at the sea. The house is very comfortable and it had absolutely every peace of kitchen or any other equipment we needed. I have to say that the outside kitchen downstairs is absolutely breathtaking and that it was relaxing eating and cooking there.
