Apartment POINT / for 8 persons / 80 m² / 1st and 2nd floor / This beautiful house is located in the old part of town with only 2 apartments for a total of 8 people, located in the center of Makarska just a few steps away from the main square (Kačić squer) near the sea and beach. The apartment was completely renovated in 2018, and is located in a quiet part of the square in the pedestrian zone. If you decide to spend your vacation in Croatia and Makarska, we hope you will choose our apartment and we look forward to your arrival and we will do our best to make it a memorable vacation.

RENTAL PRICE APARTMENT FOR NIGHT

THE PRICE INCLUDES: Tourist tax, air conditioning,internet, bed linen, towels, toiletries, cleaning products and final cleaning.
ADDITIONAL COSTS: There is no additional cost.
PAYMENT TERMS: To ensure the reservation is required to pay a deposit of 30% of the total reservation. The costs of the bank sender and the recipient's bank shall be borne by the sender in its entirety.
