Villa OLIVA ( for 8 + 2 persons ) 271 m²: Luxury and modern villa with pool 4 star is located at the foot of a mountain slope in the Great hill near the nature park on the mountain side of Makarska. There you are in a beautiful, peaceful and natural surroundings with pine forests and olive groves. The well-equipped, spacious and functional villa is ideal for a wonderful family vacation. On the terrace is a lovely pool while you enjoy swimming you have a fantastic, overlooking the town of Makarska, sea and several Dalmatian islands. The villa consists of two floors and a garden of 500 m2, with 4 double bedrooms + living room + hall + kitchen + 4 bathroom / wc. + 4 balconies with sea view + terrace with swimming pool. Villa has a private swimming pool 33 m2 depth of 1.5 m. From the balcony, swimming pool and terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea and islands of Brac and Hvar, on the other hand is the view of the mountain slope.
